Project Overview
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) provides essential services in the UK to enhance society and improve the lives of future generations.
In this project, we focus on supporting users with state pensions, while acknowledging the connection to claims benefits and job support. The service considers these factors throughout the design process.

Why State Pensions ?
O1. There is a gap in the current state pension system, where users lack personalised insights into their own circumstances O2. Users need a clearer understanding of their NI contributions, including how to calculate them and their entitlement to contribute O3. As users experience life events or career changes, they need better tools to understand how these factors impact their long-term pension outcomes
